Standing Meeting renewal season is March 1st through April 15th. Please use the Standing Meeting temple to "renew" your current standing meeting if you would like it to be scheduled for fiscal year 2025/2026. No changes should be submitted at this time, only please renew the same room/timeframe/day pattern you currently have. Otherwise, you could block someone else from submitting their renewal. If your room does not show as available for your recurrence, please email us asap, as someone may have put in changes and we need to cancel their request first before you can submit.
**Hillcrest Campus:
MPF Room L-064 will be removed from website when MPF is slated for demolition- this may be summer of 2025, but no official word yet
**La Jolla Medical Campus:
ECOB 2-002 is not available at this time and no word of its return yet
**Per latest Campus Return to Learn COVID policy: Food may be consumed indoors in allowed spaces for all events except where food is prohibited. Masks are optional, but should be used if symptoms arise.

- To check AV equipment for a room, click the linked room title and the "FEATURES" tab
- AV Services is called the "Interactive Media Technology (IMT)" group and operates under UC San Diego Health Information Services (UCSD Health IS)

- For URGENT AV requests only, call the IS Help Desk at (619) 543-4357 (x3-HELP)
- Make sure to request the "Interactive Media Technology (IMT)" group.
- For AV setup/support or needs outside of the room's standard equipment:
- Submit a ticket here: https://uchealth.service-now.com/ucsd_sp.
- After login to that site, scroll down and click these selections - "Request Something" > then "General Request" form in the 'Other Services' section on that page.
- When describing the type of service you need, make sure to say you would like your request for assistance to be routed to the "IMT Team"
- Please note: The IMT group does not rent/loan computers for meetings

For questions regarding Sim Center Reservations:
For reservations at Greenwich Drive or Towne Center Drive Reservations:
Authorized users who are interested in booking for TCD are asked to
submit an IT help ticket to ServiceNow to ask that the TCD template be added to
your Room Scheduling account. Go to /log into

click General Request. In the field given for explanation, please say you
need the IT team for HS Reservations to add the template for Towne Center Drive
to your room scheduling everyday user account. Please note, these are not general public spaces, there are restrictions for use.
Due to application limitations, students should not use their own name for "client" field.
- If you are a grad student and need information about room scheduling, then email [email protected] for further assistance.
- If you are a Med student needing a room for a meeting or studying, then search/select "SOM Student Org/Med Student" when prompted for a "Client" name. Please also note, the server does not take Gmail addresses so please only use UCSD email addresses.
Please log in with your UCSD AD account username and password.
NOTE: Please email
[email protected] if you have any error messages/issues logging in. Include the exact error message so we can look into it properly. For example, if it says "inactive," it means we just have to reactivate your account manually.
